What if I don't have an account?

To create an account is simple and easy! Click My Tickets and follow the steps to create an account.

How can I change my account information?

Account information including your name, email address, phone number, payment information and password can be updated in the My Account section. You can also contact the Box Office during regular business hours to make updates.

Can I manage my tickets if I purchase them by phone or at the window? 

Yes, be sure to share your account number with our staff when you purchase your tickets so we can add the tickets to your account. 

Can I forward my tickets to a friend?

The forwarding option is available on a show by show basis. If the option is available, you can forward your tickets to a friend. The recipient will need to have an account to accept the tickets.

Is my information kept private?

Please review the Tickets.com Privacy Statement. We do not sell your information to other companies, however the promoter of the event that you are purchasing tickets for may use some of your contact information to market additional events they may bring to our venue.
