Amarillo Civic Center Complex - Bag Policy

To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the venue, the Amarillo Civic Center Complex has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed into the venue. 

The Amarillo Civic Center Complex has a clear bag and small clutch policy in place for the majority of events including all events ticketed through panhandletickets.com, which include all Wranglers Hockey, West Texas Warbird Football, and Bombers Soccer games and ticketed events at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts, such as the Amarillo Symphony, Lone Star Ballet, and the Amarillo Opera.

Tickets can be purchased online at panhandletickets.com, by phone at 806.378.3096 and in person at the box office inside the Amarillo Civic Center Complex, Entrance #1.

Accessible and Companion Seating

Accessible and companion seating is available in all venues at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex. For assistance with accessible seating questions, seating locations, or relocations, please contact the box office during regular business hours. Patrons needing assistance during or after an event should reach out to a member of guest services.

Road/Lane Closure Updates

Box Office Hours:

Monday - Saturday from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Box office opens approximately one hour before the event at the event venue. 

For events in the Cal Farley Coliseum, an additional Box Office is located at Entrance 8 on the southeast corner of the Amarillo Civic Center Complex and it generally opens one hour prior to the event. For events taking place at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts, the Box Office is located at the south lobby entrance and generally opens one hour prior to the event. If a ticketed event occurs on a Sunday or holiday, the main Civic Center Box Office will be open for sales that day.

Fees:

All tickets subject to additional fees. The ticket fees at the Box Office and United Supermarkets are lower than the fees at panhandletickets.com.
